We are now looking for a substitute preschool teacher for Bergeforsen Preschool

Bergeforsen Preschool is divided into three buildings, with approximately 105 children distributed across 6 departments and various child groups. The preschool is centrally located in Bergeforsen, close to nature and has its own ice skating rink in winter.

We are looking for you who are a preschool teacher and want to be involved in our ongoing development work for a well-managed preschool. The goal of our operations is that every child: thrives and feels good, is involved in their own and the preschool's work, and continuously develops their abilities and knowledge. Every child should feel that they can, want, and dare every day.

We work according to an annual cycle and different focus areas throughout the year at the preschool. The pedagogical learning environment is important for children's development and learning, and we continuously work to develop it so that it becomes welcoming, inspiring, and accessible to the children.

We work with systematic quality work through pedagogical documentation and SKA tools. The tool supports our work where we plan, follow up, and evaluate the operations to gain insight into children's interests, development, and learning.

All staff in our preschools must always work based on our core values: professional, present, and role model.

Timrå Municipality has for several years worked intensively on school development, which applies all the way from the governing level to the operations. In an effort to create an equitable preschool for all children in the municipality, we have jointly developed a common platform for management and governance of the preschool.

Qualifications

• You who apply are well acquainted with the preschool's mission based on the curriculum, the Education Act, and current governing documents and have the ability to organize the implementation of the pedagogical development work.
• Have a curious working style and a positive outlook on life; you dare to try and share your experiences and knowledge.
• Have a professional attitude towards both children, colleagues, and parents and work with good hospitality to create good relationships.
• You are well acquainted with pedagogical documentation.
• You have good leadership skills, are flexible, and have good collaboration abilities.
• You are curious about what the children investigate, say, and do.
• Are open to changes that benefit learning and the development of the organization.
• You are familiar with the concept of teaching and have the ability to support children in their learning and development.

It is an advantage to have worked in preschool since it became a form of school.
